My Review:
Switched by Amanda Hocking was great! I jumped into the book and was hooked immediately. It's a young adult fantasy/romance but unlike any I have read in forever. No sexy vampires, or werewolves but TROLLS! Really?? When it first explained that these other worldly creatures that resemble humans were trolls, i nearly but the book down because when I think trolls, it's a major turn off. However, trolls are what we "humans" have given the stereotype to for the race called Trylle. They are trolls, but beautiful and powerful and quit entertaining to read about. First of three books and I'm loving the story and the characters. Loving Finn, our tall dark and handsome hero, that Wendy can't help but fall for. I just started the second book, Torn, and can't wait to see if it's just as good!
